You will cook with Chef :
- Roasted duck filets, confit of pumpkin and fresh figs, slightly acid juice (Magret de canard rôti, confit de potiron et figues fraiches, jus acidulé)
- Soft hazelnut and butternut cake, caramel of quince flavoured with cardamom (Cake moelleux noisette butternut, caramel de coing parfumé cardamome)
